We built and shipped these railings to our customer in Rhoode Island. They ordered them and we worked with them closely to make sure that we built them exactly what they wanted. As you can see the railing looks awesome!

This wrought iron stair rail was built to fit radius “knee wall” style staircase. These radius staircases are also refered to as winder stairs.
Knee wall simply means that there isn’t ny open treads.

We provide custom aluminum and iron door grilles as well as transoms to fit every application.
Our door grilles may come with hinges in order to make cleaning easy. Each door grille is custom made to fit each door. This paticular door required that we make offset hinges in order to accommodate the trim around the door.
This door grille is made of aluminum and will last a life time.

Southeastern Ornamental Iron Co built this radius step railing and shipped to customer.
The customer followed our measuring guide and after a couple of requests for information the project went into fabrication.
The design consists of and alternating collar design. The handcap is a molded cover rail wit lambs tongue ending.
The finish is black powder coat.

We designed and built this Aluminum Trellis for the Smith residence in Texas.
We worked hand in hand with the Smith’s to ensure a the Trellis fit perfectly. We also fabricated custom aluminum bellowed railing for their decks around their home.
This Trellis also includes a water feature. The entire Trellis system was designed as a kit so our customer could install piece by piece.

We have been building custom louver gates for quite some time. These gates are usually made of powder coated aluminum.
We typically use the louver system for dumpster gates and commercial applications. However, we have been incorporating the louver design for our residential customers. Our most usual usage is for creating a privacy gate for air conditioning units, garbage can storage and pool equipment areas.

These railings were built and installed by Southeastern Ornamental Iron Co. Inc
more than 10 years ago. We are currently working with Sauer Construction company in order to replace some of the railing due to renovations that are up and coming. As you can see, the railings look as though they were installed yesterday. The exterior rails were powder coated and are directly on the ocean front.
This church podium is built with 316 grade stainless steel and polished. Our in house wood craftsman built the base and top.
We just installed this custom aluminum trellis for the Petway residence. We were contracted by Carlton Construction company in Jacksonville, FL.
The trellis is referred to as a Bris Soleil. The trellis frame is 4” x 8” rectangular Tube. The Sunshades is 2” x 7” rectangular Tubing and the finish is a custom powder coating color “Cola”, provided by Atlantic Powder coat company in Jacksonville, FL.
We just installed this aluminum bridge in order to connect the two docks over the water.
The Bridge is made with non-slip aluminum decking and two line pipe railing.
Custom aluminum walk gates built for every entry into the marina. Every home built around the marina has a custom aluminum walk gate to fit their opening.
Each gate has custom made aluminum hinges and a passage lever.
These photos represent our Stainless Steel Cable Railing design (SR-99).
The railing consists of 316 grade stainless steel with our Invisiwire cable hardware system. The railing has a top mahogany cap rail and is fascia mounted to the exterior of the deck.
We provided a brushed #4 finish.
These railing styles are becoming very popular for oceanfront, lakefront, and areas such as the mountains because they offer such a great clear view of the surroundings.
